An excited day!!

YEsterday..Sunday...suddenly decided to try to do kimchi jigae (kimchi stew) ^^
Doing kimchi jigae is easy...but it took me whole morning to cook and to eat..hehe
kimchi jigae + brown rice !!! sob..no side dish ( getting more korean ~ 어떻게? )

eat tio very full a...watching final ep of prosecutor prince....suddenly heard ppl knocking the down.....><
she really scared me! hehe or i should suprised me! the cute houseowner auntie~!! ^^

and..she makes us... what? what? what? 김밥!!!! kimbap!!!! I dont know why i was so excited..but i really very excited!!! haha......감사합니다, 아줌마!!

Bibim Guksu

FolkS!!! Im doing korean yummy dish!!! is BIBIM GUksU!!!!
what is it? is actually a sweet and spicy soba with plenty vegis...well...bcuz of wanted to do this...
i bought alot of stuff. soba..korean sesame oil, vinegar...most importantly gochujang(red pepper paste)....N KIMCHI!!! hehe thanks to this dish as it INSPIRE me to go korean groceries store!
OK....here starts!!! my dear bibim guksu!!

Ingredient i used.....

mixing vegi: lettuce, kimchi, carrot, onion,kimchi, sprouts! ( i put alot!...vegi rules~! lose weight ma~)
mixing sauce: gochujang ( i put 3 tbspn, i like spicy!), vinegar(1tbsp), honey(2tbsp), sesame oil(1tbsp)..i dint put sugar..cuz....i dont think i can taste it after putting so much things together..

Hanaro Mart, Sunnybank

It's Thursday, and is to sunnybank, this is my third time...

Thanks to Peh Hua and others. Without you guys leading me the place for the 1st time,

i wont have the guts to come here by myself!

Today mission: go korean shop buy korean ingredient do dokkbogi and other korean foods!

but actually also go others to do la...buy chinese things..cuz things usually cheaper here ^^

say bb in Skype with kaka.....then chu fa~!!!

Honestly, i dont really know where is the korean shop i wanna go...and i was kinda lost that time!

hehe..

but at last i manage to find one ( i search on9 for 2 others but i only go one...the rest...just too lazy la~)

The moment i stepped in Hanaro mart...aiyo...all korean words!! make me so excited!

Sadly...some i cant understand..luckily i know how to read...but dont worry la..

they have a tiny little english word below every product..==

i bought alot of stuff ( kimchi indcluded for sure!) as i expected...haha so heavy to carry alone...

I guess after i come back from Oz, i will be very muscular? hehe

• KOZ market, Elizabeth St, Brisbane city
• Hosana mart, Indooroopilly ( near eldordo cinema)
• There is also one in Fortitude Valley, near chinatown...but is kinda small

I think there must be many of them...but i just havnt find them!
BUT i will find..em...maybe...==..

PS. Im not a Korean....but why im so in love with korean?! haha XD
