The 1st FOOD PRAC

finally...it comes...pratical session where we have to wear the lab coat ( this is my 1st time wearing the lab coat...feel so weird..somemore..have to tie up my hair....ish~)
i remeber last time, when i attended 1st chem prac in the lab...( just intro...havnt done any experiment yet) i met a girl...she ask me...what kind of experiment you guys do in food prac?
taste the food or sth..?
I was speechless...not because of i feel swt of her Question but ...seriously i dunno~! haha XD
actually sometimes, i dont even know what food technology is for!! hehe

the 1st time i do experiment with guai lou leh~! muahahah so excited .
U know, i always think that in Msia, our education system sucks...things arent taught properly
what we should know what we should do...anyway...somewhat i feel that we just have to memerise sth instead of really understand it....( but i think , i do understand those stuff, instead of memorise...whatever la...hehe)
